Le tariffe medie giornaliere oscillano tra i 120 e i 160 euro a notte e, con un\u2019occupazione intorno al 70%, un immobile ben posizionato pu\u00f2 generare <\/span><b>incassi lordi tra i 23.000 e i 30.000 euro annui<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il vantaggio principale \u00e8 evidente:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">maggiore flessibilit\u00e0 di utilizzo dell\u2019immobile<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">possibilit\u00e0 di concentrare i ricavi nei periodi di alta stagione<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rendimenti lordi potenzialmente pi\u00f9 elevati, anche tra il 10% e il 15% nelle zone top<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sulla carta sembra la scelta perfetta. Improvisare oggi \u00e8 il modo pi\u00f9 veloce per ridurre i margini e aumentare i rischi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Affitti lunghi: meno glamour, pi\u00f9 stabilit\u00e0<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gli affitti a lungo termine restano una soluzione solida soprattutto nelle zone residenziali, fuori dai circuiti turistici pi\u00f9 caldi.
